New Luxury

For this beautiful Resort located in Loiri Porto San Paolo, in the province of Sassari, Cherubini took care of the restyling project of the existing garden and of the landscape of four new luxurious villas. Starting from the Project Plan, he highlighted its typical features: from the choice of vegetation to the swimming pool, from the lighting system to the creation of retaining walls, to the architectural elements, up to the choice of the swimming pool flooring. The internal distribution of the area, the legend of the plants and furnishing accessories to be used were highlighted in the Project Plan. The customer was presented with a photorealistic rendering of the three-dimensional environment in order to allow the visualization of the project before the work starts.
